The last couple of weeks have really been a blur. Full of fun, family time, and lots of laughs. This kid had a blast and that is all that matters.
Let’s not forget the wine, beer and food. During our last trip to California my pregnancy with P limited my ability to sample some amazing beers and wines. This time I had a list of what I wanted to try before we left.
I left my machine at home and really tried to focus on everything around me. Sewing is such a part of my everyday life that this was a challenge. A few minutes everyday of creativity is necessary for me.
I found inspiration in a variety of places. Reminds me of Heather Jones’ approach with Quilt Local. Some of these may become projects, others may not. Hope you enjoy.
