Lotta Jansdotter is one of my favorite fabric designers. I’m still hoarding yardage of Echo that I haven’t decided a quilt on. When her line Bella came out I knew it had to be in the nursery for our future small tiny human. So I bought a yard of each, because who doesn’t need a whole yard of an entire collection.
If you didn’t know I had just finished Porter’s quilt top when I went into labor. Really like 5 minutes later. I didn’t get to finish the quilt before he was born so I had to wait until we had some family in town to help with the little guy. When I say little, he was 5lbs 13ozs.

He just turned 5 months old this weekend and he’s still a little guy. However he is on point with where he needs to be developmentally. That’s all I care about.

I had cut enough squares to make like 3 baby quilts and I finally got another one finished. This one is for sale in my Etsy shop. I used a darker gray for the backing and binding but it still compliments the colors in the collection. There will be more quilts from this collection.
