Merry Christmas

I have been looking forward to this day for a few weeks.  P has really gotten into presents and opening the.  This morning was no exception.  As soon as he got up he went right for the tree.

We had to wait a bit for everyone to be up and going.  While we waited I made cinnamon rolls.  Not bad for my first attempt.  Next time I will let the dough rise a bit longer.

Most of the gifts for P were animals and cars.   Santa left a chalkboard train table under the tree.

There is even storage underneath.  He’s loving to having the space to play.  Train table/dinosaurs/farm/racetrack.

I had finished up stockings yesterday just before grandma arrived.  I only burnt my arm once making them last minute.  In the stockings I put one of my father in laws ties for my mother in law and hubby.  They will be getting a pillow made from them…I’ve just been a bit busy.

Inside my dad’s stocking was a pirate flag.  Our pontoon needs a pirate flag for the lake.  Nothing says scary pirates like an old giant pontoon.  My dad loves it.

I’m off to nap and maybe squeeze in some sewing today.  Hope you and your family enjoy time together this Holiday season.  MERRY CHRISTMAS!
